TRAC offers a comprehensive solution for transporting encrypted communication from various service terminals, such as ATMs, kiosks, and vending machines, to switches or other service providers. This solution comprises both hardware and software components, all conveniently packaged as Network-as-a-Service (NaaS).

Connectivity

VMI System solutions ensure stable communication links by utilizing LAN/fiber connections for internet connectivity, as well as mobile options such as GPRS, 3G, or 4G. TRAC also supports multiple connection types, providing full redundancy and failover capabilities. Security

The connection is constantly encrypted using AES-256 encryption and adheres to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard. VMI continuously monitors all communication links to maintain the highest level of security.

Administration

The administrative web portal allows real-time monitoring of the communication network between ATM service terminals and switch providers or any other type of provider. The portal provides comprehensive traceability within the system and offers the capability to execute specific commands on the hardware. Additionally, the TRAC web portal facilitates network trend analysis and can be configured to dispatch alerts via email and SMS.

Scalability

Due to its simple offering structure, TRAC can easily be scaled up and down depending on your business needs. In addition, you may also pause an already active installation for a shorter period for e.g. relocation.

Smart

TRAC automatically selects the strongest signal and provider when utilizing a mobile connection. Therefore, if there are, for example, four carriers available in the country, TRAC has four options to establish the most stable connection.
